About SAMER

Founded in 2018 by veteran ER and Urgent Care physician S. Nasry, MD, the Scientific American Medical Examination Research group (SAMER) is dedicated to advancing the future of remote or at home medical examinations and telemedicine.

Our Vision

SAMER believes that traditional medical examinations will soon be revolutionized by sensor-embedded garments such as gloves, jackets, or seats. These advanced garments will deliver superior auscultation of lung and heart sounds, 12-lead EKG, and vital signs. When combined with the power of a Super Doctor—an advanced medical artificial intelligence—these systems will provide highly accurate diagnoses for a broad range of primary and urgent care patients.
